Class 5's Creation Story Video

 
Class 5, as part of their RE learning linked to Christianity, used ipad technology to create this wonderful video about the Creation Story.  Enjoy!

Friendship Week November 17th 2014



This week we are celebrating 'Friendship Week' across the school in a variety of ways.  Monday assembly we are introducing new activities at playtime and lunchtime to encourage everyone to enjoy friendships they have and maybe make some new ones.
Our 'Friendship Ambassadors' will be leading these activities...
1) Friendship Art in the outdoor classroom-  write a message to a friend to tie on our washing line
2) Story Corner-  come along and join in with a story, read by one of our ambassadors.
3) Chalk time-  on the playground there will be chalk art activities for all to enjoy...can you draw things linked to Friendship?
4) Outdoor disco-  have a dance with a friend and join together in some group dances
5) Trim Trail-  pairs on the trim trail, help a buddy!
6) Playground boxes-  bats and balls etc....games for you and a partner..
7) Friendship Garden-  enjoy some time with friends

 Across the school we marked the centenary of World War I.  Class 5 led the service at the War Memorial and all of our lessons related to our current value of 'respect'.
